  • 28g Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
  • ½ TSP Instant Herbal Beverage Cinnamon
  • 1 cup non-fat, low-fat or plain soy milk
  • ½ TSP of cayenne pepper
  • 3-5 ice cubes
Method:
  • Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  • Optional - sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon to serve.
