Mocha Cheesecake
Serves: 4
  • 9 scoops (99g) High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha Flavour
  • 50g peeled and diced apple
  • 2 Tbsp. almond spread
  • 70g oats
  • 1 dried date
  • 300g low-fat cream cheese
  • 100g high-protein plain yoghurt
  • 1 lemon (juice)

Base: Line a baking tin with baking paper, grease the tin with light oil. Preheat oven to 200°c. Using a food processor blend the apple until smooth, then add the almond spread, oats and blend until mixture is combined. Transfer the oat mixture evenly into tin and bake for 15 minutes.


Topping: In food processor, blend the date until smooth. Using a large bowl, mix together the High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha Flavour, date, 200g cream cheese, yoghurt and lemon juice. Pour the mocha mixture into the prepared tin over the oat base evenly.

Add the remaining 100g cream cheese as topping, smooth and let cake chill overnight until set.

Once ready to serve remove cake from tin. Keep chilled.
