Hot Mocha Shake
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
  • 14 g Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Dutch Chocolate
  • 1 scoop (11 g) High Protein Iced Coffee, Mocha
  • 1 cup and 3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
  • Cinnamon (optional)
Method:

1.      Mix the Formula 1 and High Protein Iced Coffee.

2.      Add 3 Tbsp. of cold milk and whisk until smooth.

3.      Heat 1 cup of milk.

4.      Pour hot milk into the mix and whisk until blended.

5.      Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
