Gingerbread Protein Latte

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops High Protein Iced Coffee, Latte Macchiato (22g)
  • ¼ tsp. Instant Herbal Beverage, Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla essence
Method:

Place the High Protein Iced Coffee, ground ginger and Instant Herbal Beverage Cinnamon in a bowl and mix until combined. Heat almond milk on medium heat and immediately add dry mix to gently warm.

Remove from heat to mix in the honey and vanilla essence and whisk until frothy. Serve in a mug with a dusting of ground ginger.
